This series of beads was a by-product of a necklace I entered in the Bead & Button 2009 "Bead Dreams" show (see below). It was a two week labor of love and the necklace was a finalist in that show. I wanted to explore the colors and texture a little more, so therefore, this series. Here, you'll find various beads who have mostly the following similar techniques: mica shift, mica peel, alcohol inks, and silk screen.
This bead comes in 3/4" round, 3/4" square, 1 1/4" round, 1 1/4" square, or the 1 5/8" x 3/4" elliptical. To see bead shapes, go here.
The hole can be placed either horizontally or vertically, except for the elliptical bead. It is horizontal only.
Due to the handmade nature of these beads each one is unique and may vary slightly from the ones shown here
Holes are a little over 2 mm.
