1. Disclaimer. 2. Contest Period. The Contest shall commence on 12:00 PM EST on Saturday April 28, 2007, and shall continue until such time in which the sponsor sees fit to stop the contest.
3. Prizes. A qualified entrant will receive prizes randomly selected (using the Random Number Generator) from our beads worth $20.00 on this website. The prize in association with the winners' names and optional photos will be displayed on the http://janiceabarbanel.com website. I will only do this with your permission. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (10) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferrable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose)
