Unfortunately we are not open to walk-in customers at this time. Local customers please call us to arrange a time for pick-up.

To order use the safe and secure shopping cart. Retail bead orders ship within 5-7 business days. Wholesale orders are shipped within 3 weeks.

I accept credit cards (M/C, Visa or Discover), Paypal and money orders. Payment is due at the time orders are placed. All beads are made to order.

USPS Priority mail fee is $4.95 for the small flat rate box. If you need insurance, you must pay for the medium flat rate box. That charge is $10.70 plus insurance. Shipped with delivery confirmation. The invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly.

International Orders:

International Priority: $13.45 This is a small flat rate box (weight is up to 4 lbs.). If you would like insurance, you must ship in the medium flat rate box. The fee for this is Canada & Mexico - $26.95, all other countries - $43.45. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your order and you'd like to return it, please email us as soon as you receive your package. Returns must be sent back within 7 business days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the price of the item (sorry we cannot refund the shipping costs). We will charge your account for shipping the replacement items unless the mistake was ours. Your credit card/paypal account will be credited after the items are returned.

Our "Privacy Policy" is short and simple. We will NOT sell, trade, or disclose any of the personal information you have disclosed to us. We value our customer's privacy and would never release information to anyone for any reason.

This is an area janiceabarbanel.com takes very seriously. We use Secure Servers with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transmission to secure orders from our customers. This enables us to encrypt any data sent to our web server, and in turn our server will encrypt any data sent back to your web browser. This is the highest level of encryption available to the general public.

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
